Having championed the cause of Spiritual Literacy in 2009, Tej Gyan Foundation – a charitable trust- is championing the cause of World Peace for the whole of 2010. The world peace movement of 2010 is titled “World Peace…Piece by Piece” and shall be a platform for various leaders and NGOs to showcase how world Peace can be achieved one piece at a time (step by step). As a part of this movement, Tej Gyan Foundation is organizing ten such events for the first ten months of the year 2010 in various parts of India to promote the cause of World Peace. The culmination of the initiative shall be an event on 10/10/10 – wherein Tej Gyan Foundation shall organize world peace events across fifty cities of India on the same day and time. The total audience expected across India is at least fifty thousand people. Covered by leading television channels, the programme is expected to impact the consciousness of at least ten lakh people. On the same day, a peace conference for 1000 prominent leaders shall also be organized at in the city of Pune. The whole theme evolves ten solutions for world peace that Tej Gyan Foundation is promoting. Thus the whole initiative shall be a combination of the following:

• World Peace…Piece by Piece Conference on the morning of 10.10.10
